That’s where you come in.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design strong solutions and implement features within restaurant payment processing. Must excel in Golang and JavaScript, with React knowledge preferred. In this role you'll drive end-to-end feature development and deployment of the code between a customer swiping their credit card and our payment gateway. We are doing this with a Data-driven mindset using tools like Datadog for metrics and dashboard creation. We collaborate across teams and hope to bring someone in that enjoys mentoring junior engineers in the best practices of Golang and their careers in general. Due to the nature of our upcoming work a successful candidate must have in production experience with Golang. If you haven't used Go for API development we will not be able to consider your candidacy at this time.

Responsibilities

Implement new features and fix bugs in Golang, React and JS frontendWrite MongoDB migrationsReview work from your teammates (Code Review)Demo work to stakeholdersParticipate in refinement, retrospectives, and stand-upsServe in on-call rotation for in 1 week shiftsTroubleshoot production issuesAssist other engineers (including mentorship of more junior engineers)

Compensation

Our base pay range is $145,000 -$190,000 for this rolePlease note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock planOffers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.
