SS&C Black Diamond, a leading provider of innovative software and services for the global investment management industry, is seeking a Data Authorization Specialist to join our industry-leading Black Diamond Wealth Platform.

The Data Authorization team is responsible for all custodial connections, supporting all Black Diamond firms bringing accounts onto the platform. This role will primarily work out of a support case queue, processing requests to set up new data feeds into Black Diamond, which includes technical configuration and account reconciliation, in addition to communicating with clients and internal teams via support cases.

What You Will Bring

Candidates should exhibit excellent communication and analytical skills to:

Decipher, process and follow through on client requests Efficiently manage the team case queue to complete requests within defined SLAs Communicate with clients in a proactive, consultative and professional manner Research and troubleshoot connections Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred High attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Solution-oriented and analytical mindset Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Teams or other online meeting tools Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
