Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this position involves comprehensive HR responsibility and support across multiple areas. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting internal and external customers and will have a broad understanding of HR functions, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

The Day To Day

Administer all functions of Talent Acquisition including advertising, screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation and extensionCreate, edit and maintain job descriptionsSupport sourcing efforts for hard to fill positionsEnsure all pre-employment procedures and screenings are completed for new hires and coordinate onboarding of employeesConduct new hire orientation presentations ensuring a seamless integration into the companyImprove the onboarding and integration processes for a top-notch employee experience.Support HR Manager with employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staffCreate reports, collect data and analyze and summarize data for all HR functionsProcess HR invoices in SAP systemMaintain accurate and up-to-date human resource electronic filesLead offboarding process of employees including exit interviews, equipment collection and other necessary tasksAssist with global mobility functions including relocation and immigration needsMaintain general knowledge of trends, best practices, employment laws, and HR related technologiesCreate, update and maintain HR written standards, policies and proceduresSupports other special projects that arise based on organizational needMaintain and build relationships with all team members. Champion company culture and contribute to a positive employee experiencePerform other duties as assigned

Is this you?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years experience with proficiency in several HR disciplinesStrong analytical skills with the ability to run reports, work in excel and analyze dataExceptional attention to detailProficiency in HRIS systems, Workday preferredAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent time management skillsExperience in a global environment is preferred

For applicants residing in CO, the salary range for this role is from $65,000-$80,000.
