📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary:The Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a SharePoint Online (SPO) / Power Platform developer with a focus in document management to assist with a pilot program to utilize SPO as an enterprise content management system for large and small document repositories.This project will include:• Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departments• Create taxonomy and content types, create retention schedules• Create custom forms to add and retrieve/search documents• Create workflows to process documents, create workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events, create a standard security model.Upon successful completion and adoption of the pilot deliverable, this position may be extended to continue toimplement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases.• SPO setup and configuration as a document repository• Customizing SPO forms and workflows• Power Platform development experience• Creating a document taxonomy• Creating retention schedules• Creating and using term stores• 365 user security• Secretary of State trusted system requirements• Document Scanning experience is a plus.
