Clinical Research Associate I

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to serve as a senior clinical research coordinator for the Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (CCSS). The CCSS is one of the largest pediatric cancer survivorship studies in the world and has provided many key findings to improve the lives of current and future survivors. This job exists in a highly visible, highly productive, and fast-paced environment with passionate clinicians and researchers. Some primary responsibilities are as follows:

Collect, review and process surveys for the Survey Research Data Center Data entry and data quality review for the Survey Research Data Center Assist study teams in tasks related to research study coordination Work as part of a large team to achieve high quality data collection

Job Responsibilities

Performs data abstraction, collection, and entry to support clinical researchPrepares submission for all reportable events (e.g., adverse events, protocol variations, etc.)Develops, maintains, and/or monitors case report formsEnsures compliance with prescribed interventions and evaluations of the assigned protocol(s)Provides data to the collaborating research organization (CRO) or study sponsorPrepares data reportsMaintains appropriate professional competencies; completes appropriate training on the protection of human subjects during the first 6 months of employmentPerforms other related duties as directed to meet the goals and objectives of the department and the institutionMaintains regular and predictable attendance

Minimum Education and/or Training

Bachelor's degree in relevant area required.

Minimum Experience

Minimum Requirement: Prior industry experience preferred.

Compensation

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $65,520 - $114,400 per year for the role of Clinical Research Associate I.
