THE POSITION:The Experience Team Member will be responsible for being part of a team of extraordinary people passionate about creating memorable experiences for members, guests, and students at the Staccato Ranch. As the ETM, you will assist in designing, staffing, planning, and executing experiences and strategic events to grow the Staccato Ranch core membership amenities and exciting activities supporting overall Staccato Ranch objectives and strategies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the successful candidate for this role will support extraordinary experiences and professional growth through the following: Assist in the design, direction, and execution of members' experience activities on Staccato Ranch, showcasing community, amenities, experiences, programs, and the Ranch brand. Partner with the Director of Business Development/Experience in the execution and planning of fundraisers, sporting events, and corporate team-building events and activities to grow brand awareness and facility usage. Create effective communication channels with potential members, members, and guests to increase connectivity between business, community, facility, and the SR brand. Support the Director of Business Development/Experience in the planning and executing of strategic partnerships, corporate partners, memberships, state and government contracts, and brand awareness activities such as competitions, classes, and open range days. Provide input by presenting opportunities, new products, members' experiences, services, and amenities to increase member satisfaction and brand fulfillment. Be a supporting element in building a team of exceptional team members by continuously supporting a positive working experience.Stay updated on new products, trends, and news related to the firearms industry. Always be a team player, proficient, professional, and engaging. Be a champion for Extraordinary Customer Experiences. Develop a master-level knowledge of firearms and accessories.Enroll in the Staccato Ranch Professional Development Program.

Requirements• Extensive experience executing and supporting extraordinary customer experiences.• Extensive organizational skills, including prioritization, budget management, staffing requirements, and analysis.• Entrepreneurial commitment to growing a business and developing opportunities.• Extensive experience in challenging environments with an unwavering desire to win.• Strong public speaking and effective communication skills are preferred.• Proficiency in operating, demonstrating, and providing basic instructions in firearms usage.• Valid Texas LTC is preferred but not required.• Comprehensive knowledge of safety techniques and the maintenance of firearms.• Must meet all Federal, State, and company certification requirements.• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.• Standing for long periods in an outdoor environment, including extreme temperatures in the summer and winter months, is required.• Must be able to lift objects to 35 pounds repeatedly.
