Job Description
Responsible for providing excellent support and service to customersProvides an exceptional experience during every customer interaction, creating and maintaining a warm, friendly and personalized experience with a service focused attitudeRespond to phone calls, emails, etc. in a professional and timely mannerAssists customers with their questions about various topics including but not limited to delivery questions, returns, exchanges, etc. and ensure a positive experienceFollows through on service orders, generates exchanges, arranges for pick up or orders parts to complete ordersAssists customers with determining warranty claim coverage or provides alternative options and ensure satisfaction
Position Requirements
Experience with using a point of sale system and data entryGreat organizational skills, attention to detail and able to meet deadlinesAbility to learn and work with various office software and systemsFlexible and adaptable to changes in processes and proceduresAble to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills
