Manual Machinist

Pay: $22 - $27 per hour (Based on experience)

Shift: 8 am to 5 pm ( Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends needed)

Essential Functions

Set up and manage manual machining equipment for drilling, grinding, and milling tasks. Interpret engineering drawings to determine production dimensions. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments for optimal results. Maintain production and quality logs. Perform daily machinery checks for functionality. Conduct regular assessments of manual machining processes. Ensure machining results meet client expectations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator. Ability to interpret mechanical documents and engineering drawings. Proficient in basic mill setups and Fanuc controls. Familiarity with geometric signs, tolerances, and blueprint interpretation. Skilled in using measuring instruments with great attention to detail.
