Overview

We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to oversee our billing operations and ensure our clients' timely and accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team.

The Billing Manager will create and maintain billing policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop strategies to improve billing efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Oversee the billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing of clients Develop and maintain billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy and implement strategies to achieve these goals Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for Customer Billing staff; assign work activities, projects, and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems Review and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations Respond to billing inquiries and resolve billing issues as needed
