📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking an Energy Analyst to join our team!
We are looking for a trustworthy, outgoing, and ambitious candidate who is seeking to establish a career in the energy and sustainability industry. This person will be working directly with the Executive Director of Energy Services at Stanwich Energy and will have daily interaction with suppliers and utility companies to provide clients with regular reporting.
Responsibilities:Perform various client-facing energy analysesMaintain and optimize internal databasesAssist with bill auditing and solve utility billing discrepanciesBe a Subject Matter Expert in sustainability and green powerLearn and become familiar with the different deregulated energy markets and pricing componentsConduct market research to determine potential of products and servicesResearch and create presentations/reports on new regulatory changes in the marketsQualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree – preferably in an Engineering, Energy, Economics, or related field0-3 years experience in the energy industryStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsProficiency with Microsoft ExcelQuick learner with strong writing and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task without compromising accuracyDemonstrates an ability to identify problems and find creative and efficient ways of solving them
