Maintenance Coordinator

Are you the kind of person who loves juggling a million tasks at once and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine? We're looking for a super organized multitasker to join our team as a Project Coordinator - and this is no ordinary gig.

In this role, you'll be the glue that holds together all the different moving parts of our construction and facilities projects. You'll be working closely with everyone from the operations crew to the contractors to the clients to make sure these major initiatives stay on track and on budget.

It's gonna take some serious skills to keep all the plates spinning, but that's where you come in. Your job is to develop rock-solid project plans, keep everyone aligned and communicating, and troubleshoot any issues that pop up along the way. You'll be the go-to person for status updates, problem-solving, and making sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets - you'll be the wizard behind the curtain. Coordinate the different subs, clients, and tenants to keep everything synced up. Handle the project process, from sourcing materials, Monitor progress, identify issues, and jump in to get things back on track. Daily updates and reports. Work cross-functionally to resolve conflicts and find creative solutions

Qualifications

1+ years of experience coordinating complex projects, ideally in construction or facilitiesNinja-level organizational and multitasking skills - we're talking seriously impressiveTop-notch communication skills, both written and verbalTech-savvy with project management software, MS Office, and data analysisCreative problem-solving abilities and the cool head to work under pressure
