What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data-driven strategies for revenue optimization. Lead data analytics projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals. Diagnose and pinpoint areas for improvement within the Sales & Support organization as you evaluate the company’s business health and performance. Ability to solve complex business problems by conducting analysis, reporting key findings and making recommendations for solutions. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive data-centric solutions. Present complex data insights in an understandable manner to stakeholders at various levels. Continually seek out and implement new methodologies and technologies in data science to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. Manage a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications

7+ years experience in data science 3+ years in management role 3+ years’ experience working with Alteryx and Tableau

What’s Needed- Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field Expertise in data modeling, analysis, and statistical methods. Proficient in data science tools and programming languages Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects Demonstrated success in implementing data-driven solutions that have positively impacted business outcomes.
