Human Resources Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join a well-known manufacturing company. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for the organization. Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Promote positive employee relations and a supportive work environment.Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and coaching to employees, and identify opportunities for skill development and career growth.Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs. Provide resources and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR-related legislation and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.HR Administration: Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and maintain accurate employee records. Process payroll, maintain employee files, and generate HR reports as needed. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee information.Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and retention. Plan and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.Workplace Safety: Collaborate with management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Implement safety policies and procedures, conduct safety training, and address safety concerns to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.5+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
