Responsibilities
Provides advice, assistance and counsel for Claims operations on telephony solutions that support business needsCoordinates with appropriate general departments to ensure telephony options are identified and solutions are implemented, monitored, and maintainedAnalyzes business partner telephony inquiries, challenges, or procedural changes impacting the Claims operationDevelops and maintains working relationships with other business areas to assist with strategic Enterprise goals
Qualifications
Preferred/Required skills
Knowledge State Farm's telecommunication systems, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect, Unified Communications (UC), and Contact Center (UCCE) technologiesRequires working knowledge of Visio, Excel, eGain, and SplunkUtilizes appropriate methods and tools to perform data collection and analysisExperience in Auto and Fire claims is desired
Additional Items of Note
Job may require travel overnight via commercial transportation or driving motor vehicles to any office locations where the Company does business, or other locations to conduct/attend training, conferences, meetings, and/or seminarsHybrid: In-office commitment is currently 5 days per month in hub locations. This may be reevaluated as business needs dictate. May work irregular hours
