What You’ll Do
Answer telephone calls and emails for the board’s Licensure section.Correspond with applicants both verbally and in writing.Process name and address changes.File incoming electronic documents.Enter information from the applications into the licensure system.Mail licenses.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Up to 1 year of general office procedures and customer service.Knowledge of computer applications such as Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Works semi-independently as a team member in a fast pace environment.Ability to work rapidly and accurately in handling a large volume of electronic documents.Completes data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
