Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Department Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team and ensuring that the shift maintains a high level of productivity while meeting quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating with other shifts and departments to provide top-quality products to our customers. Primary Responsibilities:Inspect production consistently to ensure products are manufactured according to job specifications; take corrective action to resolve issues.Coordinate with other shifts and departments to deliver high-quality products to customers.Maintain accurate production and quality control records on a daily basis.Supervise all shift production employees and equipment in the facility.Maintain a safe working environment to prevent accidents and injuries actively.Perform administrative duties such as associate counseling forms, vacation requests, and performance reviews.

Requirements and Skills:Ability to work independently and efficiently.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Effective analysis and interpretation abilities to maximize productivity and minimize scrap.Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email applications.Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
