RFP Writer & Database Analyst
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Oversee all RFP, RFI, and DDQ submissions for the firm as well as maintain the firm’s product data in consultant databases.

Coordinate the full lifecycle of the proposal submission including the gathering, analysis, writing and packaging of all information within the designated deadlineAssume primary responsibility for the accuracy and consistency of the information contained within the proposalLiaise with investment team members and other subject-matter-experts in creating and updating proposal responsesDevelop a solid understanding of the firm’s products and investment processesAssist the investment teams in developing proposed portfolios that fit the guidelines of the proposed mandateWork alongside the firm’s performance and analytics department in distributing product information and data to consultant databasesObtain a solid understanding of all compliance and regulatory requirements as it pertains to RFP submissions

Four year bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance5-7 years of asset management RFP/ consultant database experience, preferably in fixed incomeExcellent writing and editing skills requiredStrong project management skills and organizational skills requiredStrong analytical skills when handling statistical and financial information requiredSolid computer skills with ability to learn and proficiently use several software packages, Excel and Word a must.Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and experience working under strict deadlinesMust be an effective multi-tasker.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with RFPIO, eVestment’s Omni product and FinSearches databaseStrong understanding of fixed income
