Job Responsibilities:Manages policies, procedures, standards, records, and QMS compliance.Directs daily activities, verifies parts/processes, and handles customer complaints.Analyzes data, promotes improvement initiatives, and identifies key issues for resolution.Supervises quality personnel and manages performance metrics (KPIs).Ensures quality in new product development and ongoing production.
Qualifications:Bachelor's in Engineering Technology (Master's preferred)10+ years in Quality Management within a manufacturing/assembly environment.ASQ Certification (preferred)
