📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Compensation ($140,000 - $155,000 plus bonus)
Job Details:Gain deep business understanding of financial drivers and levers that impact the P&L.Take ownership of the core financial model and drive the planning agenda, cadence, and financial metrics for the businessSupport Senior Business Leaders in all aspects of commercial finance and business strategyAnalyze and model key operating and financial data, build dynamic KPI trackers to assist the senior leadership team in strategic decision makingPreparation of forecasts, annual operating plan and annual multi-year strategy planComplete FP&A analysis including: Comparison of monthly results to plan, forecast and prior year Analytic review/variance analysis of all major financial reportsSupport strategic initiatives including impact on business models and tactical executionProcess improvement initiativesManage Adhoc requests Operational reviews/financial analysesNew business scenarios Manage meetings with senior leadership.Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management with updates on current and proposed cost initiatives
Requirements:Bachelor's in Finance, MBA preferred7+ years of progressive experienceStrong systems skillsBilingual, Spanish required
