Great opportunity to be a part of a townhome community!!! My client, located in Kendall, is seeking a Property Manager.
This property manager role will oversee 884 townhome units on 100 acres. Working closely with the HOA, this person will handle everything from working with vendors to permitting to upholding Florida statutes and HOA bylaws.
This is an on-site position 5 days a week and will require someone to physically monitor the property.
CAM license preferred and someone with strong residential property management experience is highly desired.
