Position DescriptionIn this important role you will provide systematic, hands-on support to the organization’s valued team members, ensuring the optimal functionality of computer systems and networks.

Ensure safety in all activities and encourage safety awareness during interactions with colleaguesProcess and monitor IT support tickets, coordinating with both internal and external support teams as neededProvide support for essential hardware and software operationsAssist the department head with daily tasksMonitor data backups, quarantined emails, and endpoint protection statusKeep IT documentation up to dateContribute to and support IT projectsCoordinate with external IT service providersFollow ITIL best practices

ExperienceEnd-user device management (desktops, laptops, mobiles)Network systems (LAN/WAN)User identity and authentication managementServer managementProficiency in Active Directory and Office 365Familiarity with Microsoft desktop and server operating systemsExperience with messaging and collaboration tools (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)Awareness of cyber security principles

EducationA Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is not necessarily required, but is your advantage.
