Litigation Attorney

Stokes Lawrence, P.S., a mid-sized commercial law firm with offices in Yakima and Seattle, is seeking an experienced attorney with five or more years of practical experience to join the litigation practice group in our Yakima office. A successful candidate will have superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, strong advocacy skills, trial experience and experience handling all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and with drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For senior associate candidates, the expected salary range is between $120,000 - $180,000, as well as opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and a discretionary annual bonus. Compensation for candidates with partner-level experience will depend on qualifications, experience and expected levels of production.
