📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Syracuse based custom countertop fabrication company seeks an attentive and determined CAD Drafter/Project Manager. This position works directly with all other departments to plan, design, and manage the custom projects to be ready for fabrication.
Responsibilities:Translate template drawings, dimensions, and order information provided by retailers and customers into fabrication ready drawings using AutoCAD (2D)Communicate with departments internally to ensure all aspects of the design are within specifications and standardsManage customer expectations by relaying any pertinent information regarding their order via email or phoneFollow the order through to completion including final approval on the production plan and finalizing retailer paperwork

Qualifications: Associates degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or similar/applicable fields1-2 years of experience in design or project managementHighly organized, problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of residential kitchen and bath design or constructionExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to collaborate and work independentlyProficient in AutoCAD (2D)

Compensations:Dependent on experience. Overtime may be offered.
