Commercial Landscaping Account Manager

The Maintenance Account Manager role is a key position within the Landscape Management Department, serving as the main point of contact for clients with contracted accounts. This role involves clear communication of contract details to production management and collaboration with production teams to deliver services profitably.

The Account Manager is crucial for maintaining positive customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating contract renewals. Additionally, they are responsible for identifying opportunities to offer non-contracted services to enhance property needs, customer satisfaction, and generate extra revenue for the company.

Key duties include managing annual landscape maintenance contracts, improving client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building, understanding contract specifics, and preparing annual renewals to support client retention. The role also involves identifying and initiating contract enhancements for better client satisfaction and profitability, scheduling and monitoring projects against budgets, assisting in the collection of receivables, and participating in the estimating and proposal approval process.

Effective planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely submissions of invoices and timesheets are part of the job.
