I am currently working exclusively with a Series A, $270M Expense Management company headquarter in California. The company is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline expense tracking, management, and reconciliation processes for businesses.
The Role: As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence of our company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of our operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with our business goals.
Requirements:Proven experience in a senior operations role within either a payments, banking, fintech or expense management company Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferredProgressive responsibilities in startup operations, consulting, people management, and/or finance (with at least 3-5+ years at a manager level) Team management experience with multiple direct reportsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organizationIn-depth knowledge of financial operations, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
