📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
A $2B leading entertainment organization is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team!
In this critical role, you'll be ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting by managing technical and internal audit accounting functions. You'll also provide high-level support to various departments, overseeing revenue recognition for sponsorships, ticket sales, concessions, and more. You'll partner with revenue-generating departments to ensure proper accounting practices, manage a direct report, collaborate across the organization, maintain fixed assets, analyze budgets, and assist with external audits.
Qualifications:• A bachelor's degree in Accounting.• 3-5 years of experience.• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.• Proficient in MS Office Suite and eager to learn new software.• A meticulous eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
