For this role, we’ll look to you to: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.Communicate effectively with drivers, providing necessary information and support.Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and other relevant data.Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall fleet operations.Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs for the fleet.Coordinate vehicle assignments and monitor utilization to ensure efficiency.Track fuel consumption and implement strategies for cost savings.

Experience/Qualifications:Three to five years of experience in fleet management, logistics or a related field. Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Intermediate proficiency with Excel.

The gross hourly range for this position is $21.63 - $26.44. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
