Case ManagementReading comprehensionResearch driven (but also efficient with conducting research)Case Management experienceIntermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, OneNote) skillsAbility to navigate multiple applications, systems, and document typesPrevious experience with HOGAN, PEGA, and OIB -PREFERREDExperience with unclaimed property customer resolution experience-PREFERRED
