Stratitech Services invites applications for the role of IAM and Automation Architect on behalf of our confidential client. This client operates on a "cloud all the time" model and requires an architect with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in connecting and centralizing systems that are currently non-centralized, following a greenfield approach.

What You'll Do:Design and manage IAM solutions that ensure interoperability and cohesiveness across various systems while adhering to security policies like GDPR.Work closely with the security audit team to integrate IAM strategies and solutions into the broader security framework.Lead a pivotal role in establishing a centralized IAM structure where one does not currently exist, laying the groundwork for scalable, secure access management.Oversee and optimize the IAM processes, including user lifecycle management, from provisioning to de-provisioning.Engage with enterprise tools and manage roots in AWS, ensuring robust data governance and security.Assess and determine data requirements for different business areas, with a particular focus on Human Resource Systems (HRS).Manage the applications team, including a direct report manager and a team of five, demonstrating a significant executive presence and leading by example.

Your Team:Assume responsibility for a dedicated applications team, fostering an environment of growth and technological innovation.Lead and mentor a team, providing direction and support to a manager and five specialists, ensuring the team's alignment with the strategic vision.

Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM within an enterprise environment, including hands-on experience with IAM platforms and tools.Demonstrated ability in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, Chef).Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and adeptness with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, etc.Comprehensive understanding of security fundamentals, encryption methodologies, and compliance mandates such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and convey complex concepts effectively.
