Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in either Austin, San Antonio, Houston, or Dallas Texas. The Senior Project Manager has the overall delivery responsibility to the company for the quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction of assigned projects. The Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for operational leadership, ensuring the performance of direct reports in daily operations, and effective planning, coordination and on time execution of work. The Senior Project Manager further ensures all work is within budget, while promoting and enhancing client relationships.

Qualifications

Possess an understanding of general construction contract agreements, the contract agreement implementation as it relates to the Guaranteed Scope of Work, reporting requirements, and financial commitment.Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques and skills.Proficiency with PC-based programs (Microsoft Excel, Project, Power Point, Access) including scheduling, and basic accounting principles.Preferred 4-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree.Minimum 4-6 years prior management experience directing project teams
