📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
2 Positions AvailableArchitectural Staff level 1 or 2 and Job CaptainJob Descriptions•Assist Principal and Design Director in the preparations of Construction Drawings and Design Packages•Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for client’s requirements•Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards•Assist in the coordination of Project’s consultants•Attend project meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting minutes and action items
QUALIFICATIONS•Degree in Architecture or equivalent with 0-8 years of office experience•Revit knowledge is a requirement. 3d rendering and Photoshop is a plus.•Strong communication and collaboration skills•Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment•Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials•Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior architects and project managersJob Type: Full-timeSalary:Architectural Staff Level 1-2 Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearJob Captain Salary: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearWork Location: in person, Sarasota, Florida
