Community Association Manager / Property Manager
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We seek a manager for a condominium association in Chicago. Great residents and dedicated staff. Competitive salary and benefits coupled with a supported team approach.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the property including budget control and oversight of capital projects. There is a need for the candidate to be very reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Supervision and management of all property staff – including front desk and maintenance staff.Creation and effective implementation of annual operating and capital budgets.Capital projects oversight.Association administration.Primary liaison to all outside vendors regarding property issues.Management of property inventory.Timely resolution of all service requests filed by property occupants.
Qualifications:Needs to obtain the Illinois Community Association Manager License.Must have a strong customer service focus.2+ years of property management experience.2+ years in a supervisory or management role strongly preferred.Detail-oriented.Strong effective verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Excel and MS suite software.

Salary range: $90,000 - $95,000
