Aufgaben
- 1st/2nd Level Support telefonsich/vor Ort
- Anbindung und Support von Peripherie (Drucker, Scanner,
- Erstellung und Betreuung von Virtualisierungslösungen und Firewalls
- Benutzerverwaltung, Systemkonfiguration, Wartungsarbeiten, Betriebsunterstützung/Helpdesk
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Konfiguration und Administration von Netzwerken
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hard- und Softwareinstallation
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse
- Gute Englisch Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
