Position Overview
As the first Product Specialist at SuiteOp, you will play a foundational role in establishing and growing our customer base. This position is unique, combining responsibilities across sales, customer onboarding, and support. You will be the face of SuiteOp to our customers, guiding them from initial contact through to successful platform adoption and ongoing support. Your role will be critical in understanding customer needs, demonstrating how SuiteOp can meet these needs, and ensuring customers realize the full value of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist in sales processes by providing deep product knowledge and technical expertise. Tailor demonstrations to highlight how SuiteOp addresses specific customer challenges.Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are fully trained and comfortable with using all features of SuiteOpโs platform to their advantage.Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries post-onboarding, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Feedback Loop: Actively gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and collaborating with the product management team to prioritize these improvements.Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions to empower customers and internal teams with product knowledge.Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform SuiteOpโs sales strategy and product development.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a role combining elements of sales, customer service, and technical product support, ideally within the SaaS, hospitality, or IoT sectors.Strong technical proficiency with a quick learning ability for complex software platforms.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.Demonstrated ability to manage the customer lifecycle from sales through onboarding and ongoing support.Proven track record in problem-solving and troubleshooting under pressure.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
