JOB SUMMARYThe Business Systems Analyst-Intermediate-PNA collaborates across the PNA (Provider Needs Assessment) Consulting and IT business units. The associate is expected to become a PNA expert in defining and measuring the supply of healthcare providers in a defined geography. This role supports all related Quality Control protocols. It interfaces with the Consulting PNA Project Manager to support them in defining the research requirements for each Client Engagement. Working with the Product Owner and Senior BSA, the associate is expected to help define the application requirements needed to efficiently manage their work. The job also supports IT with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and performs Integration testing on PROD deployments. The Associate BSA role thereby offers exposure to both Consulting and IT career opportunities.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIESDevelop and manage the provider database for PNA clients, encompassing tasks such as structuring new engagements, uploading data files, initiating engagement rollovers, and managing engagement status based on PNA Project Team instructions and defined scopeCreate a systematic approach for researching provider data and prepare research instructions for each engagementEstablish and oversee a series of data "cleaning" protocols, involving manual cleanup through "R," Application Quality Checks, and QueriesPrepare work definitions for Offshore Research and Call Verification Teams, specifying scope, instructions, and timelines for deliverablesCalculate Stark service areas, generate Stark maps, and develop Stark presentation materials for clientsCollaborate with the PNA Team to develop Instructional Guides and TutorialsManage the PNA Landing Page, Security Permissions, and Assignments according to PNA Project Manager's directivesParticipate in weekly PNA Team Client Touchpoint MeetingsContribute as a member of the PNA Clinician Nexus Agile Team in various meetings and Scrum ceremonies, including Standup, Development, Retro, and PlanningDevelop a comprehensive understanding of PNA supply formulas and algorithmsProvide input and suggestions for enhancing the PNA ApplicationParticipate in the development of User Stories, document Bugs, and perform UAT as directed by the Product Owner/Senior BSADemonstrate proficiency in the PNA applicationSupport the PNA consulting team in client implementations and configurationDetermine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirementsWork closely with the Product Owner to analyze, define, model, and document system requirementsIdentify project milestones, phases, and elements, ensuring the team adheres to timelines and budget constraintsEnsure end-user (PNA Team) proficiency with the PNA application Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements.Participate in product and report releasesExercise independent judgment and take the lead role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction from a director or engagement manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESBachelor’s degree in data analytics, mathematics, statistics, management information systems or a related field2+ years of experience with gathering systems’ requirements and analyzing data (Some relevant experience is highly preferred.) Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.$61,200 - $94,500
