About our companyWe are a busy General Contractor in the multi-family housing industry focused on quality and exceptional service for our clients. We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our Construction Team.
Knowledge and Skills Required· Positive attitude and great customer service skills· Exceptional quantitative thinking along with strong written and verbal communication skills· Self-starter, team player, and must be able to get along with and respect others· Resourceful, innovative, and extremely well organized· Goal oriented, self-starter, and able to establish priorities and deadlines· Excellent communication/management skills- Ability to communicate and work with on-site staff, subcontractors, inspectors, architects, and owners to insure completion of tasks
Must have excellent follow-up on action items- Able to manage all phases of the construction process and the project schedule, from buyout and throughout the course of the project to ensure the project is completed in compliance with the contract terms.
- Strong Plan interpretation skills
Education and Experience Required5-10 years of Multi-Family Construction and Site-Work ExperienceBachelor’s Degree preferred.Strong Word, Excel, MS Project, Procore and general computer skills

Salary: $95,000.00 – 140,000.00 per year
