8 am to 4:30 pm, some OT but would be optional, no holidaysMUST HAVES:• Excellent skills in interpersonal communication, organization, and attention to detail• Critical thinking skills: will have guidelines for job duties, but must be able to think on your feet if an odd situation arises• Ability to research difficult situations• Experience performing telephone work• Demonstrated ability to quickly change focus on work activities as necessary• Experience using multiple computer programs, screens, and workflows• Ability to train and work remotely (this position is 100% remote)• Auditing backgrounds preferred, not just run-of-the-mill customer service positions previously

DAY TO DAY: Coordinates the activities required for the assumption and legal name change process across all products and business lines ensuring that customer identities are accurately maintained across the Client Financial enterprise.

Duties:Name Change Assumption Request form is completed by Probate CAM• Flows to Probate Assumption Specialists workflowo Probate specialists work new request via their territories dailyo Paperwork goes out via email, mail and Docusign, stating customer has 15 days to return. Paperwork includes the following:• Letter• Credit application• Additional lease information form if needed• If there is an over-the-phone application (Installment/Lease only) request can be worked right awayo Note EZ Collect and Service Desktop paperwork sento Probate specialist makes outbound call to customer to follow up on assumption documents sent out after 2 weeks.
