Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Supporter at Suntek Systems Inc. As a Technical Supporter, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, training users on how to effectively use our logistics management software, conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, and handling electronics related to the software.
QualificationsTechnical Support and Electronics skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in providing training and support to usersKnowledge and experience in Windows, MS Office Products, TCP/IP network (email, Fax , Web, FTP, and Socket Communication)Basic knowledge and experience in MS SQL Server Setup, Configuration, Backup and Restore, Database ReplicationWindows Server Administration, IIS Administration, Virtual Machine SetupExperience in configuring of Cisco Router and Juniper FirewallExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in the logistics industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
