Suntex Marinas is a high growth real-estate company investing exclusively in niche mixed-use marinas and their related operating platforms. Duties And ResponsibilitiesBoat Club and Rental Fleet Management and maintenance including, but not limited to bi- weekly reporting of fleetEnsures daily routine and cleaning SOP’s are followed including “all boats home”Maintenance of schedule and boat information in Stellar SoftwareRental management to maximize usageEnsure boats are prepped and ready for member usage prior to arrivalWork with the GM and other supervisors to ensure that there is adequate coverage and support to perform cleaning and maintenance of the fleetConduct in-person property tours to prospective club members, as requestedOn weekly basis, lead new member orientation (including safety check rides and briefings)Assist in promoting boat club as requestedUtilize available COB software to share leads with the Regional Sales Managers in a timely mannerMay conduct a walk-in sale to a potential Boat Club CustomerPartner with the Regional Sales Manager to finalize the sales process and teach new club members how to operate our boat club software program (as needed)Receive and deploy in a timely fashion, all weekly guidance from Corporate Office COB TeamEnsure accurate and current membership listsProvides the highest level of customer and guests servicesEnsure property controls to safeguard assets including but not limited to equipment and inventoryEnsure that all company equipment is secure prior to leavingEnsure adherence to all Suntex policies, procedures and practicesAssume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by managementOperating Responsibilities

Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for use of judgment, and compliance with policies and procedures. Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and company goals.

Assists with a number of projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of customers. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
