Superior Lubricants is looking for a Compliance Administrator to play a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs to mitigate risk and promote ethical conduct within the organization. The Compliance Administrator will prioritize ensuring compliance with ISO, DOT, and OSHA regulations.

What you will be doing

Design, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and internal standardsUtilize established internal controls and auditing systems to identify, detect, and correct noncompliancePerform regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and assess the effectiveness of existing compliance measuresMonitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance and amend compliance processes accordinglyOffer guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including ethical conduct, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and proceduresInvestigate compliance violations or incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to address identified issues and prevent future occurrencesCollaborate with internal departments such as finance, human resources, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of compliance efforts across the organizationRespond to inquiries, provide requested documentation, and coordinate responses to regulatory investigations or auditsAssist with training programs that inform stakeholders about compliance requirementsPromote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization by fostering awareness, accountability, and transparency among employee at all levelsOther duties as assigned by management What you'll need:Bachelors degree in Business, or related field required2-5 years of relatable experience requiredExperience in a previous Compliance role highly desiredExperience with DOT, ISO and OSHA highly preferredKnowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements and best practicesProficiency in conducting compliance assessments, audits, and risk assessmentSkill in developing and updating compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to align with regulatory requirements and organizational needsAbility to identify compliance gaps, assess risks, and recommend corrective actionsExcellent analytical skills to assess complex compliance issues and develop practical solutionsMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation, reporting, and record-keepingStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate compliance requirements and expectations to stakeholdersAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
