Role Title: Project Manager - Marketing and Creative Services
Role Mission: Hiring a smart, positive, highly organized, proactive, good-natured person with experience managing multiple creative projects in an agency environment. As a project manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing marketing and creative projects from inception to completion. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure the successful execution of creative initiatives will be essential.

Key Responsibilities for the roleGather goals and requirements from internal and external clients (virtual meetings + email; Slack) Translate requirements into tasks, deliverables and hours estimates, mapped against a timelineManage projects, priorities, and people while keeping all the details in check Monitor and report on project status, contingencies, and budget, keeping timelines and scope in checkPrepare meeting agendas, recaps, and action itemsEnsure accounts/projects run smoothly to enable the efficient delivery of quality, strategic work product
Mandatory SkillsExpertise in digital and print production required; experience in managing video and photography strongly preferred3-5 years experience working at creative and/or marketing agencies in a project management roleExperience leading with cross-functional teams across multiple locations Experience with project management software (e.g. Hive, Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.)Exceptional communication skills (written + verbal + listening) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google SuiteDemonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independentlyDemonstrated initiative as a self-starterCore CompetenciesEnthusiasmOrganizationSelf-motivationProactivityTeamworkNice to have(s)Experience within a biotechnology, medical device, and/or healthcare environment preferredExperience working in creative tools (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, HTML development)
CompensationSalary: $54,000 - $80,000 USD / year (based on experience and performance)
