Job Description

We're Sutherland, and we're seeking Property & Casualty Insurance Advisors who want to grow a fulfilling career centered around cultivating strong relationships for one of our customers. In this role, you’ll provide accurate and timely responses to a variety of calls that will include, but not be limited to travel insurance coverage questions, website troubleshooting, purchase inquires and agent support requests.

Qualifications

Active property and casualty licenseOne year of experience in a Call Center with one year of sales-related experience or in a role with Sales aspectsEffective communication skillExperience in the Insurance and/or Travel industry preferred.Proficiency with email, preferably MS OutlookHigh school diploma or GED

We will provide all equipment, but to be successful when working from home you must have reliable, hard-wired internet service and a quiet, distraction-free place to work.
