PC hardware and software troubleshooting skillsPC Refresh Projects - backing up and restoring data / setup and configuration of new PCsA+ CertificationCustomer service skills - good soft skills when dealing with customers in personGood written and oral communication skillsDetail oriented and organizedAssociate Degree
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
