Job Summary

As a Fueling Supervisor, your are responsible for supervision, directing, training and assisting fueling personnel. You ensure safe on-time fueling operation, customers’ coordination and interface, reinforcing all applicable regulations, policies and safety practices.

The expected pay rate is $32/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel productsSupervise fueling staffMaintain the daily fueling operationsCoordinates the activity with lead- fueler and fuelers in performing into plane and ground equipment fueling servicesResponsible for disseminating the instructions to fueling personnel and monitoring their activitiesResponsible for making spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization in an ever change work flowEnsures compliance with company, airlines, FAA, MWAA and OSHA procedures, rules and regulationsAssists in the training process of all newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers and supervisorsAccounting of fuel dispersals and receiptsInterface with airlines shift management personnel to implement expansion as operational requirements dictateWork with airport operations personnel to ensure all safety and security guidelines are adhered to participate in airlines auditPerforms in operative gauge procedures as necessaryImplement monthly communication, safety and staff meetingCompletes accident/incident investigation and all associated paperwork as necessaryPerform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor and or listed in GPPM SupplementImplement daily tail gate meeting

Your profile

Valid driver’s licenseHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 - 3 years experience of fueling operationsExperience in a supervisory roleValid driver's license
