About Us: Our client is a global leader in air travel, dedicated to connecting people and cultures around the world. We're currently seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team, with a specific focus on video production coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets for video production projects.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.Provide logistical and production support, including travel arrangements and documentation maintenance.Ensure compliance with legal, brand, and editorial standards.Handle additional project support tasks as needed.
Requirements:3 years of professional experience in project management or related roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DAM platforms, and online collaborative tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred:Experience in video production and familiarity with Adobe Workfront.Previous work experience at an agency or large corporation.
Work Schedule:Hybrid: Two days onsite per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility).Shift: 9AM – 5PM CST
Contract Status:Initially not contract-to-hire, but extension likely for the right fit.
Interview Process:Two rounds: 1st round with the Hiring Manager, 2nd round with team members/lead - both virtual interviews via Teams.
