What does the day to day look like?Lead efforts to develop and execute research plans, methodologies and report findings to inform design development.Transform unmet user needs and business opportunities into successful product launches through user research throughout different design phases.

What's required: 5+ years experience in UX Research Prior experience in Figma or Sketch Extensive knowledge of usability and user experience research tools and techniques (e.g. field research, heuristic reviews, benchmarking, card sorts, lo-fidelity prototyping methods, etc.)
What's nice to have: Prior experience in airline or travel industry Prior experience in enterprise organizationsEducation applicable to field Agile knowledge/experience
