About the RoleIn this Special Projects Lead role, you will play a key role in shaping and driving critical strategic initiatives and exploring new business opportunities for the organization. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, this position requires a leader who can influence company-wide decisions and manage complex projects in emerging business areas.
What you’ll Do:Lead and oversee the company's most significant projects, aligning them with long-term goals and corporate strategies.Dive deep into uncharted business sectors, devise and implement strategies to foster innovation and drive growth.Encourage collaboration across various functions to develop and implement tailored operational models for strategic endeavors.Utilize a comprehensive understanding of product and business dynamics to influence strategic decisions within project frameworks.Manage the seamless integration of successful projects into core operations, setting high standards for execution and strategic alignment.Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to the executive team, board members, and external stakeholders, conveying project visions and progress.Conduct basic financial modeling to evaluate and enhance strategic opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making at the executive level.
Who you Are:A seasoned leader with a proven track record in strategy, operations, or product management within a dynamic environment.Proficient in navigating both business and product landscapes strategically, combined with a strong grasp of business economics.Effective in your approach, with a history of fostering collaboration and consensus across diverse departments.Skilled in synthesizing complex data and research into actionable insights and strategic directions.A persuasive communicator, capable of engaging and aligning stakeholders at various levels, including senior executives and external partners.Adaptable and excelling in scenarios requiring strategic agility and decision-making in ambiguous situations.Previous experience in leading product development and launch is advantageous.Proficiency in basic financial modeling is a plus.
Salary Range$217,000 - $235,000. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and will align with internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
