Position: FINANCE (SAP Fico) Exp: 10+ Years Location: US - Alpharetta, GA - Frisco, TX - Omaha, NE

Note: FICO SME with a good experience in EMEA implementation. Need to be on-boarded before the workshop starts. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Element Accounting (CEA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. Configure SAP FICO processes, master data structures, and reporting functionalities to optimize financial operations, ensure data integrity, and support compliance with regulatory requirements. Design and implement complex financial processes, such as intercompany transactions, currency translation, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), within SAP FICO modules. Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide management with actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Provide end-user training and support for SAP FICO modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving system-related inquiries, and delivering training sessions to enhance user proficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of SAP FICO solutions. Conduct regular audits and controls to maintain data accuracy, compliance with financial policies, and adherence to internal controls. Stay updated with SAP releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies in finance and accounting to recommend and implement continuous improvements and innovations. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer to foster their professional development and growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus. Proven experience as an SAP FICO Finance Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful SAP FICO implementations and enhancements. In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and regulatory requirements. Strong technical skills in SAP ERP, with hands-on experience in SAP FICO module configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and propose practical solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other SAP reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
