Starting pay is $24.65/hour!

We're hosting an Invitation-Only Hiring Event at the Ticonderoga Mill on Friday, April 26th. Submit your application to apply for our entry level production team member position. A limited number of candidates will receive invitations with event details. However, all candidates' applications will be reviewed for both immediate and future positions. We are extending offers for a June 24th start.

Located in Adirondack Park, the Ticonderoga Mill employs over 600 people. The mill produces a variety of paper products including opaques, colors, and premium copy and printer grades.

We are seeking entry-level production team members who have the abilities and aptitude to progress to the top job in each department.New employees begin in the Labor Pool where they meet our teams, gain training, learn the processes and orient to equipment during the first several weeks of employment.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED and will be considered based on employment history.

Must be willing to meet the following requirements

Operate or work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection) Work any shift and a rotating shift schedule, holidays and/or weekends

Easy commute from Middlebury, Whitehall, Fair Haven, Poultney, Granville areas.

Hiring Process

Our next hire date is on or around June 24, 2024. Candidates selected for employment will undergo a pre-employment drug screening, physical and background check.
