Financial Reporting Manager

Our client is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team! YOUR WhyThis role will work directly with the CFO to develop and implement all financial analysis and reporting activities for this Private Equity owned company. This is a highly impactful opportunity to be part of a highly acquisitive company that is expanding operations widely across the Southeastern and Eastern U.S. You will have visibility to the C-Level and Private Equity leadership teams, ensuring they have the business performance data they need to make critical business decisions.

How YOU Will Spend YOUR DaysAnalyze all company financial data, identifying trends, anomalies, opportunities, etc., as it relates to different service lines, locations, etc.Determine and optimize additional financial analysis opportunities for the business, including forecast modeling, budgeting, etc.Work with CFO to develop regular reporting structure and cadence for multi-segment business performance, EBITDA, cash flow, TTM, and other reports as required by the business. Develop audience-specific reporting for internal stakeholders/leadership, Private Equity leaders, investors, and lenders, and others as required. g othersBuild scheduled/automated standard reports in NetSuite. Revise models and reports as required due to changing business needs.Ensure that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to.

What YOU BringDeep experience in financial data analysis and financial reporting, with an understanding of the nuances of working within a Private Equity environment. Prior experience building and implementing financial reporting for multiple audiences/stakeholders (PE, C-suite, investors, etc.). Experience working in a multi-segment business (multiple product lines, multiple locations, etc.).Prior experience in accounting/technical accounting before moving into reporting - must have an eye for anomalies/discrepancies in data and curiosity to investigate those anomalies in collaboration with the accounting team. NetSuite experience required.Advanced Excel skills are a must.CPA, ACCA or ACA certification.Availability to work on Eastern time, ensuring coverage of core Eastern Time Zone hours (10 AM-3 PM ET) weekdays.
